My name is Logan Genduso.

I was in my mid 20’s; newly married, working a mediocre job, getting a mediocre degree, living a mediocre life. I knew there was so much more out there for me; so much more I could offer the world. I knew I had a purpose innately given to me. However, my thoughts and actions weren’t congruent with that purpose. I needed to change and deep down I knew it.

I’m not unique in this. In fact, 94% of men aren’t satisfied with the life they’re living to some degree. There is a massive gap between what we know we need to do vs. what we are actually doing. then, we put on a facade in front of our peers, our friends, our families. but We fail to live up to the facade - No wonder why so many men suffer with anxiety, depression, obesity, chronic illness, low motivation, low libido, you name it.

I decided the pain of changing would be far more valuable than the pain of being mediocre. You see, there is pain either way - whether we change or not. We’ve all heard the quote, “People change when the pain of the problem becomes greater than the pain of the solution.” But why wait that long? Why wait until the problem gets so bad that it forces you to change? The smart man changes when the pain of the problem becomes greater than the pain of the solution. The wise man changes now.

Over the next 2 years, I set out to change my life. I developed a 4-part planning framework that has helped me enhance my relationships, dial in my fitness, strengthen my relationship with god, and triple my income.

The crucible is an event that brings men together on all parts of the path with the common goal to become a master of their own lives. It not only teaches the 4-part framework, but it gives men the opportunity to look deep within their souls and actually use the framework to construct their goals and plans for 90 days. The crucible happens once every quarter and involves accountability checkpoints along the way. You’ll experience the framework and get access to the network that will help you experience the results you want.
